Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Very hearty cookie!! I used an extra 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp vanilla. 1 1/2 cup (5) grain oatmeal. extra 1/2 cup peanut butter too. They were chewy and hearty.

Tasty although a bit salty. I thought I was going to die of smoke inhalation during the blackening in the pan though. Make sure you put the stove fan on.

Banana Banana Bread

Delicous! I have had banana breads that were too moist and don't prefer that taste- (sticky and very dense almost like uncooked or something!) so I ended up adding only 2 cups of bananas and a tad extra flour and it came out just right. Moist,airy, & dense-but not too dense like a brick!

Absolutely Awesome BBQ Sauce

MMM awesome it is! I made it exaclty as stated, but I chopped the garlic instead of pressing. I used a Puerto rican rum called Ron Del Borillito. It is not a coconut rum, its less sweet. If i used coconut rum i think it might have been sweeter, but it was just sweet enough. It was not spicy but more "flavorful" in taste. (im sure you can adjust the spicyness if you want)This will be my BBQ recipe from now on- thanks!

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

yummy! I followed the recipes exactly and would bake 1 pan at a time- while leaving the dough in the freezer in between. Then taking it out to roll up the next batch. I baked them for about 11 minutes and they were perfect! the recipe says 7-10min but with 9 minutes my dough was really undercooked in the middle. And they were only about 2" in diameter. Soft, not crispy, and doesnt crumble when you bit into it. This will be my PB cookie recipe from now on. Thanks!

Im pretty sure I made this recipe correctly, but it came out not that flavorful. I even marinated the chicken over night! I did not spread it on while grilling though. Maybe its just my taste buds?

I loved it! I doubled everything about it for a picnic with about 6 people and still had plenty of left overs! Great basic pasta salad but slightly different also. YUM!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

VERY YUMMY!! I added a bit of oregano and garlic powder to the liquid mixture. I use Pillsbury crust in a box- all you do is add water and the dough is perfect every time. I baked it for about 26 minutes. Light golden on edged and top. I will make again for sure!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Basic sugar cookie recipe for soft cookies. Rolls out great when chilled, and on a floured surface. Makes a ton! The next time I will sprinkle sugar on top for extra sweetness. (I added an extra 1/4 cup sugar and thought that they still could have been a tad sweeter)
