Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts

Completely amazing. I used goat cheese instead of feta, and it was unbelievable, both warm and cold. Can only recommend it.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

I cooked the sauce for 30 minutes, and then ended up putting in the oven with the chicken for another 30 minutes. It was very flavorful.

Did it exactly as the recipe said, and it was very good. I might try a bit of lemon juice as a tenderizer next time, as one reviewer mentioned, but this was definitely a keeper.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

I used chicken sausage with sun dried tomato and basil, and I didn't put the red pepper flakes so that the kids would eat it. I have four children and they all loved it. I added the red pepper flakes and my husband used coarse black pepper and we both loved it. I used half and half instead of heavy cream, and it worked out fine.
