Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars
With 1/2 c. butter for crust, and double amount of caramel. Same amount of chocolate chip. Completely amazing.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
Completely amazing. I used goat cheese instead of feta, and it was unbelievable, both warm and cold. Can only recommend it.
