Lighter Banana Muffins
this is a very good recipe. I only give it four stars cause I had to follow some of the modifications other people used. I cut the sugar back to half a cup, added cinnamon and vanilla, used four bananas and added a couple tablespoons of milk. It baked for 20 minutes. I would make this again :)

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This was my first time making cornbread and this is a great recipe. I followed it exactly and had no problems. I did have to make my own buttermilk by adding 1 tbsp of lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and leaving it for 5 minutes. I made them into muffins for a bbq and just reduced the time to 17 minutes. And incase you're wondering, 1/4 pound of butter = 1/2 cup or one block. Enjoy!

Iced Tea II
I've made this iced tea twice so far and I don't think I'll be having iced tea any other way. I did make a few modifications from other's suggestions. I only put 1/2 cup of sugar, about 1/4 of lemon juice and I put 5 tea bags for 30min. I added the lemon juice and sugar after the water boiled so everything would dissolve easily. I think I might add a fruit tea bag next time to try something new.
