I have made this cake many times since my family, friends and their families can't get enough of it. It tastes even better the next day!!

I made this last year for my St.Patrick's Day Dinner and it was a huge hit.I will be making it again this year.We loved it!! Sure beats the traditional boiling method!!

This recipe is true to it's name. It is Awesome!! Since I was only cooking for two,I halved the recipe and when we were finished eating it,we wished I hadn't! I squeezed a little lemon on the dish when it was finished baking and it was superb! I am looking forward to making it again-very soon.
