Banana Cream Cheese Pie
Excellent taste, I used light cream cheese and light cool whip and it didn't take away the sweetness. Used toasted coconut instead of the strawberry topping.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
This was a very nice change to classic banana bread. Moist and flavorful, my family loved it!
