Cranberry Sauce
My mom has always made her cranberry sauce with water and sugar, and it was good, but last year I tried this recipe which simply replaces the water with orange juice. I used fresh orange juice and added a bit of orange zest, and it was to die for! I'll never go back!

Campbell's(R) Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Excellent pulled pork recipe! The shoulder roast came out so tender I barely had to work to shred the meat. I like a little smokey barbecue flavor in my pulled pork, so after shredding the meat and placing it back in the crockpot, I added about a 1/3 C. of my favorite barbecue sauce and then let the mixture continue to simmer while I fried my potatoes for french fries and set the table. It was to die for!

Cranberry Sauce I
I grew up with homemade whole-berry cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving, but my Mom always made it the traditional way with just cranberries, water and sugar. Replacing the water with orange juice makes a world of difference. It's tart and sweet all at the same time and is a great compliment to roast turkey and all the necessary accoutrements. I also added a little bit of orange zest, and I think that gave it a little more orange flavor.
