Whoopie Pies VII

I followed this recipe exactly and was not impressed. The cookies came out too flat and not cakey enough and the filling flavor was good but texture was too greasy and smooth. Still on my quest for a good whoopie pie recipe!

Gorgonzola and Apple Pork Chops

Husband and brother-in-law LOVED this recipe. We're making it again tonight so we'll try adding the brown sugar. YUM!!! Sometimes we use crumbled bleu cheese if we can't find gorganzola, still DELICIOUS
