I have been making these nonstop for weeks! They are so good. They fill two cookie sheets, so after 8 minutes of cooking, I switch them around in the oven, so that they cook more evenly. When they are done, I pour a spoonful of melted butter over each roll.

Split Pea Soup

This was pretty good, a little bland. I added more salt and pepper, and some garlic salt. I also added extra ham. Some reviews said it called for too many carrots, but I disagree. I will follow others advice for next time and use chicken stock instead of water, I think that will make a world of difference in the flavor.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Gooey Cherry Bars

These are very good.. I baked the crust for 10 minutes, then after adding the topping, I baked for another 20. I added a little extra cherry juice to the frosting.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This had good flavor, but next time I will add some crushed red pepper flakes to give it more kick... I added already made meatballs to the sauce since I had some on hand.

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

I used 7 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp butter flavored shortening. I don't understand the complaints about the salt, I added 1 tsp and thought it balanced the flavors perfectly. I think these were just okay, but my 4-year old son loves them.

Special K Cookies

I made these with splenda and reduced fat peanut butter. I also mixed in some cocoa powder. For being a lower fat/sugar version, they were pretty darn good!

Strawberry Cake and Frosting I

The cake would be good plain, or with some whipped topping. The frosting was a bit runny, I added an extra 1/8 cup of powdered sugar and that did thicken it up a bit, but it still wasn't the right consistency for a cake. I also divided this between two cake pans, vs three and baked an extra five miutes. Used a white cake mix. -- I am updating from 4 to 5 stars. After I frosted the cake, I put it in the fridge, and once it was cold, it was soooo good. Next time I will make the frosting, then let it set in the fridge while the cake is cooling so it will thicken some.

Burrito Pie

This was good, but would be much better if topped with sour cream & lettuce or cilantro. I used medium taco sauce, and that gave it a little kick. Two pounds of hamburger was a bit much. Next time I may skip the hamburger altogether and use black beans in its place.
