About this Cook
Hi! I am 20 years old and Living in Woodland Hills. I am very eager and excited to become a great cook. My mom has been a cook her whole life and my grandmother was a chef. I love cooking and epically baking and am looking forward to perfecting what I know and learning what I don't know.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking. Like I said. Cookies, brownies, cakes, candy I love it all. I borrowed about ten recipes from the site to do Christmas baking and everything I made was a complete success and hit for my entire family and the family of my future husband. As far as cooking, I am a healthy eater and I love cooking with lots of veggies, chicken and spices rather than oils and fats.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family cooking tradition is by far the taste test. Gotta make sure it tastes great before serving it right??!!
My cooking triumphs
My Christmas baking. Chicken noodle soup.
My cooking tragedies
Tomato soup. My future husband was very sick and I decided to make him a variety of soups. One choice was tomato soup. I went to the store and bought everything I needed.... except a sifter. The soup turned out absolutely horrible as well as chunky and thick.

Buckeye Balls II
This has got to be the best combination of chocolate and peanut butter ever!! I have also made these several times and have never altered the recipe, because they turn out perfectly every time. I have been tempted to take the easier route of the 9x9 pan, but I can't bring myself to do it since they look so amazing in ball form. Last time I made them, my fiance and the best man ate the entire plate and said,"these are like Reese's only ten times better."

Easy Hummus
This Hummus was terrific!! It was super easy to make and also very inexpensive. Next time I make it, I will probably leave out the jalepeno, because even though I removed the seeds, the hummus was just a little too spicy for my liking. Thanks for the recipe, I love it.

Monster Cookies II
These cookies are GREAT!! I didn't alter anything and they came out perfectly. My fiance and our roommates loved them. They might not be the prettiest cookies but, they aren't ugly, they look just like oatmeal raisin cookies and they are not too chewy and not too crunchy. I will absolutely be making these again.
