Whole Wheat Cut Out Cookies
These were great! I pretty much followed the recipe, except using slightly less honey. They are super easy. I like that you can roll and bake them right away. A great whole wheat/honey with no refined sugars recipe. I used star and heart cookie cutters. I can definitely give these away, unlike a lot of whole wheat/honey "cakies."

Muesli Bars II
I liked this recipe but next time I'd modify it a bit more. It was too sweet and not peanut buttery enough. I would also add more nuts, dried fruit, and skip the chocolate (carob) chips. As it was I didn't have almond butter so I used 1.5 c peanut butter. I forgot the vanilla. I also added raisins as some people suggested and let the coating mixture cool a bit before adding it to the oats and rice so it wouldn't melt the carob chips. It was definitely easy and made a lot of bars.

Kiwifruit Muffins
This recipe was great, even using whole wheat and honey. I substituted 1/4 c. plus a smidge honey for the 1/2 c. sugar and mixed it in with the other wet ingredients. I also used oil instead of melted butter--it's just easier. I ended up using 3 kiwis since that's what I had. They were soo good, they didn't last two days. I liked that they didn't have oatmeal so they were more cakey and light.
