Japanese Soup with Tofu and Mushrooms
This was awesome and really close to the miso soup you'd expect from your favorite sushi bar. I used a combination of mushrooms that I had on hand, and since I am a vegetarian I did not use dashi stock. Instead I used a combination of vegetable stock and water and found a great organic koji soy sauce to mix with the miso paste. My very picky friend loved it, too, so it's safe to say that it's a wonderful recipe.

Moist Carrot Cake
i have to admit that I have not actually baked up this recipe yet, but I am almost sure that this is the long lost recipe that I have been searching for 6 years to re-find. I do not recal shortning being in the recipe, so I am not sure that this is exactly it, but made right, the tomato soup is PERFECT and you can not taste it. I'm going to have to play around and resubmit the recipe, but I just wanted to say THANK YOU!

Italian Meat Loaves
I love Meatloaf and nothing compares to this. My mother always made meatloaf growing up and now I can show this one off to her. She even loves it. A family favorite.
