Carrot Muffins
I followed recipe exactly and ended up with hard rocks with carrots in them with no flavor at all. Threw the whole batch out, these need some real tweaking but I dont have the will to do it.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Chocolate Chips
Nothing amazing, they spread like crazy, turned totally flat, burnt around the edges, next time I will reduce te time they are in for and put table-spoon size cookies on the sheet. The parts that arent burnt taste ok.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Very easy to make! I cut the recipe in half because I didnt have 12 people to feed, but after tasting it I should have made the whole thing!
