Fisherman's Quick Fish
I was a bit skeptical but I needed a quick recipe for tonight. I marinated for 1/2 hour in italian vinagarette. Then I used Cheddar Cheese Pringles and a mixture of Colby/Monterry Jack. It was AMAZING! Definitely a keeper!

Beef Stroganoff III
Definitely a keeper, I followed the directions exactly except I added a couple of tbl of minced garlic. Delish! I think I will try marinating in wine like a couple of others suggested.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Wow I was so surprised at this dish. I did it exactly the way the recipe read and was impressed with a perfectly medium cooked meat. However I pulledi t out about a 1/2 hour early and it was cooked perfect but it was a little cold. I hate to nuke the meat but maybe my stove doesn't stay as hot for long. I think next time I will take it out even earlier so it is hotter.
