Awesome soup! My kids both loved it...I only made 2 small changes. I omitted the sherry only because I didnt have any, and I added a dash of cayenne pepper just to kick it up a bit. It is very good and full of flavor!

This is the most delicious soup! I have made it 2x now. The only change I made was to disolve a little bit of cornstarch in some milk at the end to thicken it to our liking. I used skim milk, so I think that is why it was not as thick. Whoever is considering making this, take my advice...go for it. My Daughter asks me to make ham for dinner just so we can make this soup after. Thank you for the wonderful recipe

Peanut butter was overpowering. I was going to serve this at a dinner party but instead threw it out. Not sure what I did wrong. Everyone elses reviews were great! Must have missed something
