I just loved them and so did my 3 year old. After reading the reviews, I decided to heat up some sugar,water, and corn starch along with the strawberries, to make them sweeter. Then I added this mixture to the batter and blended it in. I was able to make 9 large cupcakes and they were soooo good. I will definitely make these again!

This is so easy, and it is great with ice cream on top. The topping is not like a regular cobbler. It is a little moist.
