Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This recipe was incredibly easy, and very tasty. I just threw a couple raw chicken breatss in the crockpot, instead of worrying about using cooked chicken. I shredded the chicken once its cooked. Yum!

Carol's Chicken Salad
Delicious! This was my first time making chicken salad, and to cut down the preparation time I bought two packages of sliced, grilled chicken. I also did not add the swiss cheese, and I put some sliced, crispy almonds in it. VERY GOOD.
