Easy Morning Glory Muffins

I made these this morning for my family. Everyone loved them! I changed the recipe slightly by decreasing the oil to 2/3 cup and putting in just one cup of shredded carrots. Very moist and delicious.

Zucchini Bread VII

My entire family loved this bread! It is so moist and delicious. We added 1 tsp of cinnamon - a favorite family spice. My kids are asking when I will be making more.
