Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche
This was Amazing!! A keeper for sure. I used mozzerella and cheddar instead of feta. My family really enjoyed it and it was gone in no time. Also for a crispier crust I recomend popping the pastry in a preheated oven for about 5 mins

Amaretto Cake
Everytime I make this cake it is a hit! I never get invited anywhere without being asked to bring it! It's also easy to make and the icing is just wonderful (I use all the amaretto)

Spaghetti Carbonara
I would have to say that this was the best carbonara I have ever made. I followed the recipe closely, expect I left out the bacon drippings. My family loves it!
