Chicken In Basil Cream
wow! this was great. the only thing i did differently was not bread the chicken as i'm trying to stick to low carb, so i just browned it and then made the sauce. wonderful. can't wait to make it again. i think it would make a nice christmas entree with the green and red showing up so nicely.

Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger
enjoyed but don't think monterey jack added any "zing." would use a cheese that added a little more punch next time.

Corned Beef Hash British Style
yuk! i made this for a dinner with one of my best friends who is from "across the pond," and she said that there is absolutely nothing "british" about this recipe. neither of us liked it. i'll stick with the more traditional recipes!
