Chipotle Marinated Grilled Chicken
As always, I followed the recipe as stated except I used Wings. One may think that the Chipotle, Cayanne, and Paprika may cause too much heat, yet it was not tooooo hot. Very nice combination of sweet meets heat. Glad I made a double batch.

Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf
As always, I made this recipe as directed. My wife says it is the best meatloaf she has ever had. This came out tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I highly recomend giving this a try as is. The only reason for not giving five stars is that "Mom's" meatloaf is a family favorite of many. With that in mind, I am certain that tweaking here or there can lead to more outstanding flavor. Give this a try and enjoy.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
This is so simple to make and the flavor was outstanding. The pork came out perfectly tender and juicy. No need for alterations. My wife loved it and said the rub would also go well on chicken. Served with Garlic Smashed potatoes and Asian style veggies.
