I made a few changes to the recipe, which I don't know really changed it at all or not... I added small bits of shredded mozz to the caps before filling; I added some garlic powder to the mushroom stems/onions - I also added about half an ounce extra cream cheese because the mixture tasted very salty to me - either because of the garlic powder or the fact that the DRIED (-1/2 cup each time) bread crumbs that I used was an Italian blend. Overall, I REALLY enjoyed these stuffed mushrooms! I don't have much experience with them; have only EVER eaten the ones that I myself have made - never had the opportunity for them otherwise, but I really liked these!!
