Mom's Meat Loaf
made this recipe last night for my boyfriend, mother and grandparents. everyone loved it. my only complaint was not chopping the onions small enough. being someone who doesn't like to know the onions are there, some pieces were a little too large (but again, this was my own fault). also, was a little watery. when making it for more than 2 people (like in my case) i placed all the meat in one loaf pan, and had to cook longer. all in all, it turned out well :)
