Pork Brine
This is our new favorite way to prepare BBQ spareribs!!!!! After marinating the slab of pork spareribs i patted them dry, place them in a baking dish with a little water and covered them with foil. Baked in 300 oven about 30 minutes, then finished them on the grill. You could easily do without the sauce because them flavor if the ribs are delicious as is!

A Farewell to Basil Fettuccine
Unbelievably delicious!!!!! I tossed the cooked pasta in a sauce of sauteed mushrooms, canned artichokes, canned diced tomatoes and garlic. Topped it with parmesan cheese just before serving....YUMMY! I shared this recipe with all my friends with herb gardens.

Katie's Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
This dish is in serious need of seasoning, (salt, pepper, garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon zest). Some fresh herbs might be nice too. Otherwise it is great hot or cold.
