Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
I loved this recipe, but to cut the fat to practically nothing I used 1/2 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of light italian dressing, I also omitted the sugar....I found they only took 35 minutes at this temp...and I left the skin on too....very yummy!!!
