I have been married for 9 years and I am the mother of two beautiful kids. I love to cook (and eat) sweet stuff! Baking is definately my favourite ... but I enjoy cooking everything, even just a casserole for my family. Every Christmas for the past 15 or so years we have a Christmas Eve party - always with the exact same menu! It is a tradition for me to make marshmallow truffles, which are a particular favourite of my Dads. Catering my Grandmothers wedding reception and My Dad's 50th Birthday Party with my Mum and sister... we always have a great time cooking together. And both events were a great success. Also, baking my Sisters 3 tier wedding cake when we had no idea what we were doing! And it turned out perfect :-) Cooking a carrot cake for my husbands brithday the first year we were married. The cake was awlful, stodgy and wouldn't cook! When I went back and checked the recipe I realized I'd written down half the recipe of Carrot Cake, then must have gotten distracted and started writing down the recipe from the opposited page of the book.
