Guacamole
this was/is a fantastic guacamole recipie! The only difference I made was i ommited the cayenne and pepper and added some diced jalapeno and added garlic powder instead of fresh. It's fantastic and will be making this again!

Vietnamese Rice-Noodle Salad
This is very good! It's really easy and very light. Perfect summer side dish. Everyone was going back for seconds.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This recipie is not only super easy... it's super yummy! I used a pork shoulder roast and it was soo juicy and tender. Putting it in the oven for 40 minutes at the end is what really made this recipie.
