Greek Pasta Salad I

This was one of the best pasta salads I've had yet and I didn't even have all the required ingredients. I used salad oil, balsamic vinegar, and no pepperoni. I can't wait to try it with the exact ingredients.

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread

Deliciously spicy! I didn't have ingredients for a quesadilla so I spread it on a grilled cheese sandwich. I doubled the recipe and it was gone within 24 hours.

Rhubarb Sauce II

When I was young my aunt made delicious rhubarb jam. I haven't had any for about 30 years so I bought some frozen rhubarb yesterday and found this recipe to try. I love it! Next I'm going to try it with fresh rhubarb, which I'm sure will be even better. Thank you for such a simple, delicious recipe.

Pralines

I never made pralines because I thought it would be harder than making the old fashioned fudge. I was wrong. I just made these and they were easy and delicious. However, I did didn't toast the pecans and I left it in the icewater a bit too long and some of them were chunky -- but still so tasty it was hard to stop eating them.

Whole Wheat Bread II

Grandma Johnson's Scones

I made these with just a minor change. I added 1 Tbsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. vanilla as another reviewer suggested. I also sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top before baking. All of my children loved these and asked me to make them again.
