Oreo™ Cookie Cake

Besides tasting delicious, all the layers to this resulted in something more like a cake, rather than just pudding. It was also convenient because I could add each layer as I had time throughout the day.

Greek Pasta Salad I

This was one of the best pasta salads I've had yet and I didn't even have all the required ingredients. I used salad oil, balsamic vinegar, and no pepperoni. I can't wait to try it with the exact ingredients.

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread

Deliciously spicy! I didn't have ingredients for a quesadilla so I spread it on a grilled cheese sandwich. I doubled the recipe and it was gone within 24 hours.
