Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup
This is the best Chicken Noodle soup I ever made. I used a rotisserie chicken from Costco and used all the dark meat and some of the white meat. I used more chicken than what was called for. I didn't have oregano and poultry seasoning so I used a teaspoon of Italian seasoning instead along with the thyme. I also used Campanelle noodles. My teenage boys who only like store bought "can" chicken noodle soup absolutely loved this soup. The next day the soup was like stew so I added a small can (14oz) of chicken broth. Excellent!

Peanut Butter Apple Dip
I took the advice of one the reviews and made only 1/2 the recipe - which was easy to do. I also used a hand mixer and blended all the ingredients until smooth (2-3 mintues). I made it a 2nd time and used it as a spread over cooled, fudgy brownies, put it in the freezer for a 1/2 hour, then covered it with melted chocolate - you'll need to pour and spread quickly. My family, and my boys friends thought these brownies were awesome - like a peanut butter cup brownie!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is it! I finally found the perfect banana bread! Not only is it delicious and moist, it is very easy to make. Bascially a "one" bowl recipe. I wasn't too sure about adding "sliced" bananas vs. mashed bananas. I thought there would be big chunks in the bread. I did use very very ripe (soft) bananas which I would do again. You won't be sorry if you try this recipe.
