Married, homeschooling mom of two (and one on the way). Love to cook and bake, but don't always have the time! Busy, busy, busy! I love trying new recipes and desserts... comfort food the way mom used to make... mexican food, and lately I have been experimenting by making homemade things I used to make store bought (ex - pesto, enchilada sauce and alfredo sauce). We just have our traditional dishes at holidays... green bean casserole, shrimp salad, pies, nothing too fancy. After Grandma passed away it became a tradition for my sister and myself to continue to make Grandma's cheesecake. Looking forward to filling this space with something spectacular!! There have been a few, but I try not to remember those!! Pretty much everything turns out as planned unless I don't watch it properly and it burns!
