Andy and I are living in Saint Joseph, Missouri working on our undergrad degrees. He is a Psychology major and I am a History major. We are engaged to be married in November of 2008 and after the wedding we are moving to Boston so that Andy can get his masters in Clinical Psych and I can get my masters in Interior Design. We love being active...hiking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, golfing...and we also love cultural things like traveling to historic sites and art galleries as well as one of our favorites, wine tasting. But we are the most happy when we can be with friends and family, even though they are spread all over the world. Andy loves grilling and cooking Italian and Mexican food. I absolutely love cooking Asian food and Medi food. But we are never afraid to try and cook out of our element. I love cooking family favorites like kolaches and bubble and squeak (I am Irish and Czech). But Andy and I have a tradition of cooking whenever we have at least three of our friends or family around...especially if it is our good friend David who is in culinary school.
