Chicken Enchiladas II
This recipe was great!! I read about 10 of the reviews and took some of their advice, doubled the recipe to fill the tortillas more and used 1/2 cream of mushroom and 1/2 cream of chicken. I used milk and not enchilada sauce and added the cumin, cayanne pepper and chili powder. It was EXCELLENT!! Brought them to a potluck at work and everyone loved them! You gotta try this recipe!
