Mexican Rice II
Great recipe! It's quick and easy, packed with taste. I serve it along side fajtas usually. I didn't change anything about this recipe, it's a keeper as is.

Cola Pot Roast II
This is a great base recipe, thank you so much for posting! I too made a few slight changes; I can't, in my right conscious, pour 10oz of Cola into my food, so I add a little less than 1/2 a can. I double the cream of mushroom soup (we're big fans of mushrooms), quarter a pack of mushrooms. I also use less than 4lbs of meat (we're only two) so there's plenty of yummy gravy for mashed potatoes! Everyone who has tried this has licked the plate clean and it's become my boyfriend's favorite meal. I also marinate the roast in the gravy over night so all the flavors really sink in there, then all I have to do is pop it the oven the next day.
