French Bread

The BEST bread I have ever enjoyed. I use my breadman bread machine rather than a "stand mixer" to kneed the dough. When the machine beeps after a few moments, I shape into a ball and place into a greesed bowl. I also use 3 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast.
