Cheesecake, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and kabobs. I like recipes that are easy to follow, that uses simple, every-day ingredients and at the same time, yield delicious results! I have made several cheesecakes before this tragedy: I was making 2 cheesecakes at once, with both in water baths. I spilt some water onto one of the cheesecakes. My other mistake was that I did not wrap my springforms with aluminum foil, so plenty of water seeped in. I was able to salvage one, and my boyfriend said it tasted pretty good. But I'm still shaking my head thinking that was the most screw-ups in one baking session!
