Easy Meatloaf
This is really good for a quick nite meal. I usually have everything in place. The only thing I do differently and I do it with every meatloaf I make is to put the meatloaf in a 13x9 pan and add about a 1/4 inch of water I cook it this way for about 45 mins then drain add the topping. This way I drain all the fat and the meatloaf stays moist, and comes out of the pan AND cleanup is easier! I do the same with meatballs except use beef broth.

Ham Potato Scallop
This was really good. I cooked an 18 pound ham and had lots of leftovers. I used sour cream and chive potatoes and omitted the beans. I will put them in the next time. I used your measurements, the ones on the package were a little less. This was sooooooooo easy. Thanks!

French Bread
This was really good. Because there wasn't any sugar it took a little bit longer to rise, but that's ok, I had the time. I have made this at least a dozen times and have had excellent results everytime. When I don't have time I turn to a recipe with a little bit of sugar, but I prefer this method!
