Beef Bulgogi
Very good, double the marinade so you have extra sauce to soak into the rice. I also added a few very thinly sliced carrots....just my preference.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
Really good, I suggest adding some season all/cajun seasoning to taste and some ham or kielbasa for some more oomph. I only used 3 stalks of celery and I doubled the amount of chicken broth since I used dried beans that I soaked the night before. I just threw everything in the slow cooker and let it go all day, I cooked and added a cup of rice at the very end. A keeper and a new family tradition for new years day....thanks for the recipe!
