Mom's Zucchini Bread
Great recipe. I should have read the other reviews, though, and not drained my zucchini...had to add some water. Also used half applesauce, half oil and wwheat flour. Added some milled flax seed and raisins for a little extra nutrition. Only problem was that it was too sweet for me. Will cut the sugar in half next time. Thanks!
