Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
This was excellent! I took the advice of others and instead of 1/3 cups of butter I used 3 tbsps of margarine and 2 tbsps of olive oil. I served this over flavour infused rice and a summer salad. I had to print out the recipe for my guests as they left. Thanks Priscilla.

Baked Pork Chops II
Delish! I forgot the lemon juice but was able to use my Nonna's home made tomato sauce. (When I figure out how to make her sauce I will let everyone know.) The chops I used were not that thick so I only baked them for 1/2 hour but they were still unbelievably moist. Thanks Kate.

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops
I was not a huge fan of pork chops before I found this recipe. Only used to eating dry, overcooked chops or onion and mushroom soup flavoured chops, when it came time for me to prepare dinner for my husband and father-in-law, I was a little leary. I needn't have worried. These were the best pork chops I ever tasted and now have been relegated to dinner duty on pork chop night.
