Hi there :) I'm Danielle, a college student from NJ. I'm an only child and come from an Italian family. I grew up around all of my family members cooking and baking from scratch, so I've always had an interest for home made foods! I don't cook half as often as I bake, but I love watching my parents and grandparents cook. I feel lucky to have such great cooks in the family, and I hope to learn all their recipes some day! I'm new to cooking for the most part. I usually try chicken or pasta dishes. I love watching my parents and grandparents cook from scratch, especially our homemade pasta gravy (yes, it's gravy, not sauce for those Italian Americans from South Philly!) Nothing beats that smell!
