Lucy's Mac and Corn
This recipe has been in my family for years. Our version also calls for 2 T. each of finely chopped green pepper & onion. Also, don't drain the corn. Bake it for the first 30 minutes covered, then stir well and remove the top for the last 30 minutes. No need to cook the macaroni and it thickens as it stands. Yummy!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
I love this recipe. I mix up the dough in my food processor in under 5 minutes, roll it out, & bake. I like to add 3/4 t. of baking powder & 2 T. instant powdered dry milk to make the dough extra soft. Also, if you have the time to let the dough rise for about an hour, then punch it down & roll it out, it gets even better!!

Tropical Lime Cake
This cake rocks! I baked it in a bundt pan. The only thing I changed was instead of the lime juice, I used a 6 ounce can of thawed frozen limeade concentrate & mixed that with the 2 c. powdered sugar before pouring over the cake. I also added a very tiny bit of blue paste food coloring to the orange juice mixture in the blender which made it a festive green color. My family loves this cake & it's great in the summertime or when you don't want a heavy dessert as it doesn't require any frosting!
