Easy Tortellini Soup
I love to make soups and stews and am very excited to have added this one to my collection. Very thick and delicious, at least as good the second day too. My whole family loved it, even my very picky son- he took one bite and said " I love this!"

Family-Style French Toast
I enjoyed this but my kids found it to be too soggy on the bottom. I cooked it about 35 min. in order to let it get a little more golden in color. The smell and taste of confectioners sugar made me feel like I was eating fried dough at the fair!

Barbecue Chicken Casserole
My family really enjoyed this recipe. Looks and smells delicious coming out of the oven - it's a keeper.
