Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
I have made these pancakes for a couple of weekends in a row. They are the BEST!!! I use 1tbs of vinegar and milk to substitute for butter milk. My only caution is to aware of how much milk you need. I use far less buttermilk than the recipe calls for.

Mulligatawny Soup I
Love it, Love it, Love it! I didn't add the apple (because we don't like hot fruit) and I used a wild rice blend instead of white rice. I had to let it simmer longer, but I tell you, it was awesome! And its true, the leftovers are great (if you have any).
