Artichoke Bruschetta
I thought this was good. I would make it again but I would reduce the mayonnaise. It was too overpowering. I did add garlic and I pretoasted the bread like other reviewers suggested. It was really good. I would have given it 4 stars but my husband wasn't as much of a fan as I was.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
So YUMMY!! I added chocolate chips. :) My kids and I loved them. I had them for breakfast or as a snack. We also had fun making them together. Thanks for the great recipe.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was delicious!! It has become one of my new favorites, and a staple in our home. The only thing that I changed was i cut the recipe in half because I have a small family. I used one cup of white sugar and then a half a cup of brown sugar. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly! FANTASTIC!! Thanks for a great recipe.
