Easy Baked Tilapia
Like other users I did not make this dish as described, but it was an inspiration :) AND it took LITERALLY ten minutes to throw it all in a dish. Took about 35 minutes to bake, but who cares?! I didn't have to do anything else to it! My alterations: -2 filets of something I had in the freezer, so probably not tilapia -I used lemon juice instead of lemons -fresh broccoli and a chopped roma tomato -some fish spice from World Market..... YUMM!!!

Coffee Ice Cream
Great taste but it came out with a kind of weird texture, very very creamy but kind of like frozeny crystalized (hope that makes sense). If anyone else has this issue or knows how to fix it, let me know :)

Baked Oatmeal Squares
Tastes amazing. I love baked oatmeal. Turned out more like something that needed to be eaten with a fork than like the granola bar type thing I was expecting. I didn't use nuts or raisins but added dried cranberries - YUM! I would definately double the recipe to make it thicker next time (it was very thin in my pan) and if you're serving it to any number of people even tripple the recipe. I might add a little less oil next time.
