Banana Pancakes I
These were very frustrating for me. I could not get them to cook correctly - I tried thinning the batter, making it thicker, cooking it on low heat, cooking it on medium heat...no matter what they were gooey and gross! I wasted a lot of time and ingredients.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs
I loved these recipe but also added what others have suggested. I didn't have bread crumbs so I used crushed whole wheat Ritz crackers and it worked great. Wonderful flavor!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies I
I prefer a sweeter cookie but these are good for shortbreads. I added vanilla extract as suggested and it didn't seem to add much flavor. It was a little starchy tasting and it made me very thirsty! These would be good with coffee. I probably won't make these again.
