About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I like to bake more than I like to cook. Baking fun cakes is always exciting for me.
My cooking tragedies
Potato salads. I now know you have to let the potatoes cool first. :)

Fudge
Great recipe! I made this with half choc chips and half peanut butter chips, with some peanut butter chips pressed into the top after I poured it. It was so creamy and yummy. Everyone at work kept going back for more! I cooked mine on the lowest heat in a pan on the stove. I am not good at avoiding burning stuff in the microwave. BEST FUDGE EVER.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie
These were so easy and great! I added 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to add some extra fall flavor, and included chocolate chips. I was amazed at how well these turned out with such few ingredients. Mine were not gooey in the center at all. Much like baking a cake, you need to make sure they are cooked all the way through.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Delicious! What makes this so good is that it is not a typical cinnamon-flavored apple pie. It's apple pie with a warm buttery, toffee flavor. My family loved it, and I will continue to share this with everyone. I did not change a thing with the recipe. Fantastic pie!
