I like trying new recipes, along with perfecting my usual favourites. I know I've got a winner when I get rave reviews from family and friends on my cooking/baking! Anything that my mom (or dad) cooked or baked growing up. Tried to make a pecan pie where it said to add the beaten eggs to the hot mixture...well, you can see where that went. Yum...curdled egg pie. It was gross. I have learned a lot since then.
