Classic Macaroni Salad

This is how I make mine most of the time! But instead of adding vinegar, chop up some PICKLES instead!! I also do not add any sugar, tastes better and is much healthier. Hard-boiled egss are also a good addition.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious! I also added some chopped spinach and artichoke hearts, along with a bit of cream cheese. This is the way I had been making it for years, but never measured anything (the ol' Italian way!).

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Awesome! I threw in some garlic lemon, and some thyme as well. Used imitation crab instead of 25 dollar a pound flaked crab that probably should only be used in a dish by itself! Great recipie.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

I've cooked asparagus like this for years, it is an EXCELLENT recipie! Just don't cook them too long or they become soggy - 10 minutes max. Instead of all that butter and fat, use about 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and you'll get the same results.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

Very nice! Don't "halve" the chicken - fillet it very thin so you can adequately roll the chicken up to contain the cream cheese. Another nice twist is to add a little lemon juice and pepper to the cream cheese - gives it a tangy zip you'll love.
