I'm a newly wed with a busy work schedule. I'm always looking for things that are great fresh and leftover (my husband takes the leftovers to work.) I love to bake. I also love anything in the slow cooker- not because I'm lazy but because I love the way the smell slowly fills the house. I'm also pretty adventurous when it comes to cooking. I'll try anything once. My grandpa's pasta sauce. My grandpa passed away before he taught anyone how to make the sauce. I think I've come pretty close to it and it's delicious. My first attempt at making an omelet for my husband was terrible. My dad called in the middle and I was talking to him and I flipped it to late so the egg was all dried out on one side.
